Refund policies vary depending on whether the purchase relates to software access, onboarding, implementation, or custom service work.
Subscription fees
Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, because access to the software and related capacity is made available immediately.
Onboarding and service fees
- Implementation or onboarding fees may be non-refundable once planning or delivery work has started.
- If a service engagement has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed case by case.
- Custom setup, consulting, or migration work is usually billed against committed time and deliverables.
Cancellation timing
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date. Access may remain active through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
